Excellent property!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always very clean. If you are planning to stay in the area, especially for an extended stay, this is the property to stay at!

Excellent place if having a kitchen is your requirement. The kitchen had all the crockery cutlery and silverware that you would need for making a nice breakfast. I did the groceries from the nearby Giant was able to make a great warm breakfast omelette. Full sized fridge and microwave. Comfortable clean and quiet rooms. Gym and pool available. Centrally located with everything within 15 minutes of driving distance.

Thursday night we drove from Niagara Falls to Cleveland. The hotel we booked was a disaster that night so we called all over for a new hotel. We finally got in contact with Joseph from Candlewood. He was very friendly over the phone and we felt like it was good enough for us to leave our current hotel to go to candlewood .. first thing he showed us two rooms so we knew which one would be correct for us. The place smelt great. The room we got was perfect and the pool was huge and clean. Made from a disaster at our previous hotel to a perfect vacation at this hotel. We couldn’t be happier . Joseph and all the other staff were friendly and overall a great experience. Will stay there again for sure!!!

It's a decent stay for a very reasonable price. That unfortunately invites riff raff to disrupt your stay. Unruly children prevent you from enjoying the pool as irresponsible parents encourage them splashing everyone with their horseplay. There was a dog that was barking all night long. I could barely get good sleep. Had to call front desk multiple times. When I did get someone on the phone, it was the holiday inn (their sister hotel). This magnifies another problem, which is that there is NEVER anyone at the front desk after a certain hour. It was actually insane. The ice machine in the fridge also flooded the refrigerator. So that was fun. It's still a decent headquarters to navigate cleveland when you're in town. You get what you pay for though. The bed is very comfortable at least. So I at least enjoyed my midday naps since I couldn't sleep at night

To be honest there's a lot of parking lots, weird location for a main entrance, excellent place to stay and top notch staff. Animal friendly and tastefully updated rooms. Very safe and friendly.

Sooo many conferences which can make parking start to suck, and the roomservice kept taking our clean folded towels and leaving us none. But the rooms were nice with tiny ranges and a good sized fridge and microwave. The free bean to cup coffee for guests in the lobby won me over for sure.

The friendliest people you ever did meet greet you, nice rooms as you would expect from any ihg hotel, very clean and updated kitchens and bathrooms. They have great internet, I'm a gamer so that is very nice. Sometimes the staff is behind the wall during off hours, they have a motion sensor set up next to the front desk for the little market they have, all you have to do is wave into the door way and it sends a little chime to the back. Super easy not inconvenient enough to ding them on service since they have already been most helpful and its in a conference center so people are in the lobby area all the time

King bed room was nice. Room came with microwave , fridge with ice maker and plates and glasses and flatware. Big bathroom with large shower. Staff brought up more towels immediately when we asked. Moderately priced for what we got. Entrance was in strange location and view was looking out over conference hall roof. Would stay here again.
